Make sure you try the food at Cerveceria Catalana, located close to the venue. We could walk to casa batllo, the apartment was within walking distance of it. The beds were good.

It was an incredible experience to stay in Arago 312. Not only the reasonable price, the room is huge, the location is the best, in front of a traditional market, the house equipment is really new, and every room has their own internet account, the staff is really kind as well, even we cant talk spanish... Too much to decribe how good it is apartment. If you can find your friends or family together to Barcelona, no doubt to choose Arago 312.

you can see the Templo Expiatorio de la Sagrada Familia from balcony, window, even kitchen. Really good! Large and clean rooms. Close to the metro.

New and spacy appartement

Fabulous apartment!!! Everything about these apartments is excellent. Comfortable, luxurious, spotlessly clean, bright and very spacious. We appeared to be the first visitors to stay in our particular apartment, everything was brand new. The location is perfect for visiting all areas of Barcelona. A supermarket just around the corner and a beautiful church just across the road. We would definately go back to Arago 312. One tip however, if you wish to have the appartment with the terrace, then you need to book a penthouse suite. Photos are a bit misleading regarding the terrace.
Not so much of a dislike, but just to give feedback - Our apartment had no kettle, but I feel this was just an oversight as we appeared to be the first to use the appartment. Also I feel the 300 euro damage deposit was a bit excessive and wasn't refunded until around 3 days after checking out. Also if you check in after 9pm there is an additional 30 euro charge, again a bit excessive in our view, especially since we informed the owners of our arrival time in advance. No real reception to speak of with only telephone numbers to call if you required reception services. It would be beneficial if there were some information leaflets on Barcelona, where to go and how to get there, made available to residents. Possibly again a teething problem for such a new appartment, but wouldn't stop us returning there.

Very nice apartment, nicely decorated and very clean. Good location and less than 5 minute walk to the metro station. The staff member we dealth with was very nice and helpful.
Perhaps could have been some soap, shampoo and extra toilet roll in the apartment but everything was great apart from that.
